Multiple talks from Macquarie Neurosurgery at the annual NSA conference – our neurosurgeons shine!

Four of our neurosurgeons were invited to deliver talks at the annual conference of the Neurosurgical Society of Australasia (NSA) which was held in Port Douglas from September 26th to 29th.

Our Neurosurgeons presentations covered a wide array of topics:

Professor Di Ieva “Computational Neurosurgery in glioma surgery”.

Dr Matthew Tait “Robotic navigation: A discussion on advanced technology for complex spine procedures”.

Dr. Eric Suero Molina (Computational Neurosurgery Fellow): “Liquid biopsy in high-grade glioma patient’s serum”.

Dr. Kevin Agyemang (Cerebrovascular surgeon): ” Brainstem vascular lesions: technical nuances”.

We are very proud of our team’s contributions to the NSA conference, and we look forward to continuing our mission to advance the frontiers of neurosurgery for the betterment of patients across Australasia and beyond.

As always, well done to our team of speakers, and we already look forward to 2024 NSA Conference!
